Kent Cricket Academy scholar Oliver Robinson top-scored for London & East U17s as they defeated 2015 champions Midlands at the England Development Programme Super 4s tournament at Loughborough.

The 17-year-old wicketkeeper-batsman took two catches and two stumpings as Midlands scored 240 for nine.

Robinson led a superb chase with a fluent 82 off 74 balls at the top of the order.

The Sidcup-born right-hander struck eleven boundaries and a six to help secure a two-wicket win with nine balls to spare.
