Farnborough-born all-rounder Marsh was the pick of the attack with 3/7 in four overs as England dismissed the White Ferns for 130.

26-year-old Dover-born opener Beaumont carried her bat with 51* off 76 balls as the hosts won by seven wickets ahead of England’s opening WWC match at the same venue on Saturday against India.
