Coming soon: an exciting and new ‘little league’

KENT County Cricket Club is to hold Saturday morning ’pay as you play’ coaching at The St Lawrence Ground.

‘The Little League“ is a new concept to bring the beautiful game to a whole new audience.

The St Lawrence Ground, in Canterbury, is a prime location for a few hours coaching; with seating, and areas for blankets available, parents and guardians are encouraged to stay and watch. Food and drink will also be available to purchase.

FOR BOYS & GIRLS
6-11 years old
(School Years 1-6)

  • No Experience of cricket is required. All abilities will be catered for.
  • Weekly softball skills and matches.
  • Weekly prizes.
  • ECB qualified coaches & all equipment provided
  • Players fed into local hardball cricket clubs, where appropriate.

WHEN: Every Saturday from 13th June – 25th July 10:00am – 11:30am (excluding 27th June). You can join the scheme any Saturday during this period.

WHERE: Kent County Cricket Club, The St Lawrence Ground, Old Dover Road, Canterbury, Kent. CT1 3NZ.

COST: £4 per child per week, two weeks £6. (Siblings may pay £3 each per week)
Cash, or cheques made payable to ‘Kent County Cricket Club Ltd“, accepted.

Just Turn Up & Pay on the Day. Remember to bring a drink because there will be plenty of running about, fun and enjoyment!

Sessions are outdoor and may occasionally be cancelled on the morning due to inclement weather.
