Daniel Bell-Drummond hits 157 not out Down Under

Kent’s Daniel Bell Drummond hit an unbeaten 157 for Northern Suburbs in Queensland. Resuming on 54 on day two, the 21-year-old hit four sixes and 16 fours, adding 148 for the fourth wicket with former Leicestershire batsman Joe Burns. Norths piled on the pressure as they declared on 334 for five in reply to South Brisbane’s 189. Kent teammate Brendan Nash didn’t bat.
