The Kent girls’ age group squads celebrated an eventful season with lots of individual and team landmarks.

The under 13s reached the national final after a 100% win record in the league and along with the Under-15s went unbeaten at the Malvern Festival with Isobel Shelley the top wicket-taker in the country.

The Under -17s went unbeaten in T20 competition and bowler Izzy Cloke became a regular in the Women’s side after her call-up to to the England Academy programme.

Cloke was one of several players to take part in Kent’s first dedicated girls’ development programme focussed on improving cricket skills, fitness, strength and conditioning.
