Kent Cricket’s new Head Coach, Jimmy Adams has arrived at the St Lawrence Ground and hit the ground running, getting straight into pre-season training with the squad.
The former West Indies Captain commented; “I’ve been speaking with Simon (Willis) over the phone and doing a lot of research from home, but it’s great to finally be here. I am excited about getting going and look forward to being part of the process which will help to mould the future of the Club. I will take my time to make sure the foundations are right but my primary focus is to be part of a process to make Kent cricket strong; if I can do that I will be very happy.”
Commenting Jimmy’s arrival, CEO Jamie Clifford said; “I am very pleased that Jimmy has arrived safely. Getting the necessary paperwork is always a challenge, but I am delighted that it all went so smoothly. We wish him well as he gets settled at Kent.”
