Job Vacancy: Women’s Lead Coach

Applications are invited for the position of Women’s Lead Coach at Kent County Cricket Club.

The purpose of this role is to deliver high quality programmes and ensure the development of the Kent Women’s and Development Squad players.

The person appointed will be responsible, along with their Assistant Coach, Team Manager, and Director of Cricket for the development and performance of the players representing Kent Women and Kent Women’s Development Squads.

The appointed individual will co-ordinate the selection of players, oversee and lead the winter training programme for the Women’s and Development Squad and plan and run the summer fixture and training programme, assisted by the team manager.

Suitable candidates will have proven ability to motivate, coach and develop players, ECB Level 3 Coaching Certificate or can evidence the ability to work to Level 3 standard, current ECB DBS certificate, or one approved by the ECB (or be prepared to acquire) and up to date First Aid and Safeguarding certificate.
