Joe Denly hits another half-century for Brothers Union

Kent's Joe Denly continued his fine form in the Dhaka Premier League with an unbeaten half-century.

His Brothers Union side secured a seven-wicket win over Partex Sporting Club at the Bangladesh Krira Shikkha Protisthan No 3 Ground in Savar.

Brothers skipperNazimuddin won the toss and chose to field, dismissing the opponents for 183.

In reply, the captain scored 68 and put on 100 for the third wicket with Denly, who scored 56 not out 91 balls, hitting four boundaries as Brothers continued their fine form.

Denly, who will return to Kent after two years at Middlesex, is playing in Bangladesh to get some batting practice before the new season.
