Joe Denly to play for Brothers Union in Dhaka Premier League

KENT batsman Joe Denly has travelled to Bangladesh to play a stint of one-day cricket before Christmas.

The 28-year-old Kent Cricket Academy graduate who rejoined his home county last month, will play for Brothers Union in the 12-team Dhaka Premier League.

Denly flew out at the weekend to join his new team-mates ahead of their game withSheikh Jamal Dhanmondi today.

The DPL has List A status and has attracted stars likeSanathJayasuriya, Saurav Ganguly and Wasim Akram in the past.
