Kent Academy beat Sandwich Town

A young Kent Cricket Academy side impressed with bat and ball in a six-wicket win at Sandwich Town.
Age-group bowlers James Carslaw, Tom Jones and Isaac Dilkes took three wickets each to dismiss the hosts for 200.
In reply, 16-year-old Academy scholar Alex Moen struck 45 at the top of the order and shared a 50 stand with Under-15 all-rounder Dilkes (57).
Captain Kai Appleby (55* off 58 balls) and Folkestone bowler Jones (23* off 18 balls) saw the Academy home at The Butts.
