Kent v Northants: Blake in Canterbury Week Championship squad

Kent have added Alex Blake to the LV= County Championship squad for the Canterbury Week match against Northamptonshire on Tuesday (12noon start).

The 26-year-old left-hander is added to the eleven that played in the record-breaking LV=County Championship win at Tunbridge Wells last month for the showpiece four-day fixture as part of the 164th Canterbury Week festival.

Kent's top wicket-taker Matt Coles returns to the Championship squad after being rested for the win against Essex.

There will be a live jazz band playing before the match and during the lunch interval.

Kent County Cricket Supporters Club will be performing the Laying of the Wreath for the Fallen by the Lime Tree during the tea interval on Tuesday.

Wednesday is KMFM Ladies' Day with a Made in Kent marquee shop all day and FItzgerald Jewellers Fashion on the Outfield at tea.

Supporters please note that day one of the fixture will start at 12noon, with gates open from 10am.

Lunch will be taken at 1.30pm to 2.10pm and tea is scheduled for 4.25pm or when 32 overs of play are remaining.
