Under-15 boys win Bunbury Festival awards

Wednesday 26th July 2017

Two members of Kent Under-15 boys squad won trophies at the 2017 ESCA Under-15 Bunbury Festival.

Sevenoaks Vine wicketkeeper-batsman Harry Houillon won the trophy for best all-rounder and highest run scorer, a prize he has won regularly in his progression through the age groups.

Whitstable left-armer Ben Mills won the best bowler prize as he impressed coaches with his performances in training and matches for the London and East side.

Since its inception in 1987, a total of 76 Bunbury Festival players have been capped by England and Kent coaches hope more of the 2017 intake can follow in the footsteps of Sam Billings, Joe Denly and James Tredwell.
