Which Memberships and Annual Packages can I purchase as a gift?
You can purchase any 2027 Membership or Annual Package as a gift, please select the gifting option at checkout to ensure that this is processed as a gift.

Which gifting options are available?
You can purchase either a digital or physical gift option for 2027 gifts:
- Digital gifts you can transfer directly to your intended recipient by following the instructions in your email from as soon as your make this purchase. This is the perfect option for last-minute gifting.
- Physical gifting provides the best gifting experience, we will provide you with a physical gift pack which includes a gift certificate, gifting brochure and Kent Cricket merchandise.
This will be posted to you for you to give onto your intended recipient, who can follow the instructions contained within the gifting brochure to redeem their Membership.
This option costs an additional £5 extra compared with the Membership or Annual Package you have selected.

Digital Gifting FAQs
How do I send this to the intended recipient?
Following your purchase, you receive an email from tickets@kentcricket.co.uk where you can open your ticket.
Follow these instructions and you will see an option to ‘transfer ticket’, select this option and enter the email address of your intended recipient. Once transferred they will receive their gift via email with instructions on how to redeem.

I have received a digital gift, how do I redeem this and when will I receive my card?
To redeem your gift, please follow the instructions in the email you have received to redeem this including your name, email and address. Once completed, this will be redeemed in your name.
Your 2027 season pack will be posted in early 2027 including your 2027 card and season information.
Physical Gifting FAQs
How will I receive the physical gift that I have ordered?
Once you have purchased the physical gift option, the Customer Services Team will post your physical gift including the gift certificate, gift brochure and Kent Cricket merchandise.
This will be posted to your address for you to give to your recipient.
I have received a physical gift, how do I redeem this and when will I receive my card?
To redeem, please follow the instructions in the gift brochure and contact the Kent Cricket Office, quoting your redemption code contained in the gift brochure and on the gift certificate.
Once completed, this will be redeemed in your name.
Your 2027 season pack will be posted in early 2027 including your 2027 card and season information.
