  • What do I need to do before I come to the match?

    • Non-members must print or download their matchday ticket
      • This is downloadable via the Club’s Ticket Portal here
      • Click on ‘VIEW ALL TICKETS CLAIMED’ > ‘SEE DETAILS’ > ‘PRINT’
    • To confirm – Members & Six Pack Ticket Bundle holders can gain entry by scanning their valid 2022 Membership/Ticket Bundle Card at the gate
        • If you haven’t received your 2022 Card yet, please come to the box office on arrival
        • If your Card does not contain a photo, please visit the Academy Building Reception where a photo will be added to your Card at no further charge
    • Be prepared for changeable British weather – there are areas of The County Ground where shade is at a premium
    • Bring a payment device for cashless payments. The County Ground, Beckenham is a cashless venue
  • Do I have to print my ticket?

    • Match tickets and Memberships can either be downloaded directly into the wallet on your smart device, or the PDF e-ticket can be scanned directly at the gate from your device
    • Members & Six Pack Holders can gain entry by scanning their valid 2022 Card at the gate
  • What should I think about when I plan my journey to and from the ground?

    • Don’t miss a minute of play – give yourself plenty of time to arrive; gates will open at 10:00, one hour before the start of play
    • Please consider the environment when planning your travel to the ground

  • Do I need proof of negative COVID-19 status?

    • No. Spectators do not need to show any proof of vaccination or proof of a negative COVID test at Kent Cricket venues this season
  • Can I bring my own alcohol with me to the ground?

    • Yes – spectators are permitted to enter the ground with EITHER one bottle of wine OR four cans of beer/cider
  • Can I bring my own chair with me?

    • Yes, spectators are permitted to being their own chairs to this match
      • Please ensure that your seating position does not impact on the view of other spectators

Getting to the ground

  • Where can I enter the ground?

    • Pedestrian access to this match will be via:
      • Via Worsley Bridge Road
      • Via Copers Cope Road
    • Vehicle access for Spitfire Ground Car Parking Pass holders and pre-booked Blue Badge holders is via Copers Cope Road
  • What time do gates open?

    • Gates open at 10:00, one hour before the scheduled start of play
  • Can I buy a ticket at the gate?

    • Yes – you can purchase a ticket for each day’s play via the Box Office at the Worsley Bridge Road Entrance
    • You can save money by purchasing your tickets before 17:30 the day before – click here to purchase
  • Where are the Members areas?

    • As well as access to the Grandstand seating, Members can enjoy a relocated Members’ Bar inside the Long Room in the Academy Building at The County Ground
      • This will be signposted
  • I'm a Club Member & Friend and I'm bringing someone with me - do I need to do anything?

    • Club Member & Friend – Friends will need to arrive with Members
    • Members’ Friends will need to sign-in at the Box Office on Worsley Bridge Road. This process will be phased in during the season and will not apply for this match
  • I'm a Member & I'm bringing a Guest, can they come with me into Member areas?

    • Yes – Members & Six Pack Plus Ticket Bundle Holders are able to purchase an upgrade ticket for their guests at the Box Office (£5 per day) – this will allow their guest to accompany them to Members areas for the day
  • Can Members of the visiting team enter Member areas?

    • Yes – Members from the opposition will be able to access Member areas on production of a valid 2022 Membership Card
  • Is parking available for this match?

    • Ground Parking is available to pre-book now via the Kent Cricket website here
      • Life Members & Spitfire Ground Parking Pass holders can park free of charge – please show your Life Membership card or Spitfire Ground Parking Pass to the steward at the entrance to parking
      • Windscreens must be covered at all times when sun reflection could interfere with play
  • I have a Spitfire Ground Parking Pass, what should I do?

    • Please enter the ground via the parking gate on Copers Cope Road, where a steward will direct you to your parking area at no further charge to your Parking Pass
