It is important for young players to have role models across the game, as well as on the field of play, to make everyone feel as if ‘cricket is a game for them’. Having female role models suitably qualified and confident in their coaching roles has, and will continue to have, a very positive effect on young cricketers.
If you are keen to start, or further yourself along the coaching pathway, please click here for further information on coach education in Kent. In addition, please get in touch with Helen Fagg-Lenihan to see if we can support you further as a female cricket coach.
