Schools Day Out is a fantastic opportunity for schools in Kent to attend a day of first-class, professional cricket, free of charge!
Each year we, with our partners Countrystyle Recycling, open the gates at either The Spitfire Ground St Lawrence or The County Ground Beckenham, and welcome 1,500+ children and teachers to experience the spectacle of professional cricket.
As well as watching the pros in action, schools are able to enjoy various activities throughout the day including, playing cricket, testing their pace with our speed guns, practising their catching skills, assault courses, inflatable games, litter picks, all delivered by our fantastic community coaches with the assistance of the Sports Leaders from Simon Langton Girls Grammar School.
They may even get a chance to meet the players and grab an autograph or two and play on the actual pitch during the lunch break!
