In-line with the COVID-19 provisions within the Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act 2020, the Annual General Meeting (2021) of Members of Kent County Cricket Club Limited, will be held digitally via ‘Zoom’ on Monday 29 March 2021 at 7.00pm.


    (i) To confirm the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting (2020) of Members of Kent County Cricket Club Limited held digitally via Zoom on Monday 7 September 2020

    (ii) To announce the result of the election of Members to the General Committee

    (iii) To receive the General Committee Report for Year ending 31 October 2020

    (iv) To receive the Accounts for Year ending 31 October 2020

    (v)To re-appoint Auditors for Year ending 31 October 2021

    (vi) To introduce the President for 2021

    (vii) Any Other Business


    Members have been sent notice of the Annual General Meeting (2021) via post, and those with applicable Member rights have been sent joining instructions.

    An email reminder containing the link for the Annual General Meeting (2021) will be sent to Members with applicable Member rights nearer the time.

    If you have not been receiving email communications from the Club, please contact to provide an updated email address.


    In order that full and complete answers to questions at the Annual General Meeting (2021) can be provided, Members are requested to submit these in writing or via email to  FAO the Chief Executive by 5.00pm on Monday 22 March 2021.

    This request does not preclude the Membership from asking spontaneous questions at the meeting, via a chat function.



    (i) Members can vote using the e-voting link below or by submitting their vote using the voting slip.
    E-voting link

    ii) The E-voting link should be completed on or before 5:00pm on Monday 22 March 2021.

    iii) A member desiring to exercise a vote by paper ballot, should complete this form (no photocopy will be permitted) and send it to Kent County Cricket Club, The Spitfire Ground, St Lawrence, Old Dover Road, Canterbury, Kent CT1 3NZ, FAO Tanya Nicholls, to reach us before 5.00pm on Monday 22 March 2021.

    iv) If you opt to cast your vote by e-voting there is no need to fill in and send the paper ballot form. If a Member opts to use the paper ballot form, then they should not vote by e-voting and vice-versa.

    v) Incomplete, unsigned or incorrectly marked forms will be rejected.

    vi) Voting closes on Monday 22 March 2021 at 5.00pm. All e-votes or paper ballot forms received after this date will be strictly treated as if the reply from such members has not been received.
