An Evening of Elton Cancelled

Kent Cricket and The Spitfire Ground, St Lawrence are disappointed to confirm, that ‘An Evening of Elton’, originally scheduled for Saturday 8th August, has been cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic.
This decision has been made based on government guidelines regarding social distancing measures and ongoing restrictions of mass gatherings.
The club will be in contact with all ticket purchasers directly by Friday 10th July, with details of how to obtain a full refund.
If you have not heard from the Club by Monday 13th July, please email refunds.kent@ecb.co.uk with details of your booking.
Kent Cricket’s CEO, Simon Storey said: “After the success of last year’s ‘An Evening of Queen’, we were looking forward to welcoming Elton fans to The Spitfire Ground, St Lawrence this summer for a fantastic evening of entertainment.
“However, the safety of all our staff, performers and visitors is our priority. We will continue to work hard to ensure we are able to bring you an exciting schedule of events next summer.
“We would like to thank you for your patience and apologise for any inconvenience caused. We hope to welcome you to The Spitfire Ground, St Lawrence in the near future.”
