Return to the NHS with EKHUFT

East Kent Hospitals University Foundation Trust (EKHUFT) is looking for staff who are passionate about people to help them deliver first-class care.

There are lots of great opportunities for dynamic and forward-thinking staff to deliver great healthcare and develop their career.

Be a hero for Kent – East Kent Hospitals University Foundation Trust, the official sponsor of the News section on the Kent Cricket website, is in desperate need of additional staff during this difficult time.

If you have previous ITU, ODP or anaesthetic experience, please e-mail EKHUFT at: ekhuft.returntoclinical-itu@nhs.net

From EKHUFT:

If you develop flu-like symptoms (a high temperature or a new, continuous cough) the Government advice is to stay at home for seven days. If you live with other people, they should stay at home for 14 days from the day the first person got symptoms.

Please do not attend A&E or hospital, you do not require testing for COVID-19. If you do not improve, or if your symptoms worsen, seek advice from NHS 111.

We are providing many appointments by telephone. Please do not physically attend the hospital for an outpatient appointment unless we call you and ask you to do so.

If you are pregnant, please visit our maternity page for advice on your ante-natal appointments.

We’d like to assure our patients and the public that our staff are both practised and skilled in treating patients with infectious diseases and we are confident in our procedures for dealing with this virus. The Trust has robust infection control measures in place and is following the most up to date national guidance and procedures at all times.

The most up-to-date public guidance is always online at www.nhs.uk/coronavirus
