£1,000 Inspired to Play Grant – Deadline Extended

With not long left until the 30/06/2022 deadline, time is of the essence to secure the £1,000 Inspired to Play Grant!
The fund aims to increase the number of boys and girls participating in cricket between June and September 2022 and is open to all ECB affiliated cricket clubs in England and Wales.
What type of recreational cricket activity is eligible?
- Activity that drives new or existing girls’ sections
- Official All Stars Cricket or Dynamos Cricket programmes
- Summer School programmes, such as camps for children
- Activity that drives inclusion-based initiatives
- Other recreational cricket activity delivered to children
How much can be applied for?
- Fixed grants of £1,000 per eligible applicant are available

About the England and Wales Cricket Trust
The Inspired to Play Grant Scheme is funded by the England and Wales Cricket Trust (EWCT).
The EWCT supports community participation in cricket as a means of promoting and improving health, which is a charitable purpose.
In addition, the EWCT promotes work to improve provision of cricket in schools, clubs and other youth cricket activities. Activities funded by the EWCT must benefit the wider community, not just a small group or elite. This is a primary obligation of an applicant when applying for the funds provided by EWCT.
