We are delighted to announce that Coaching Bursary Tokens are now available to support volunteers to gain ECB Coaching qualifications and support within your community. ECB Coach Development bursaries are an initiative designed to help more coaches from under-represented groups take their first step into coaching, gain a qualification, or take the next step on their coach development journey
Please complete our application form if you wish to apply for a bursary towards a coaching course run by Kent Cricket.
You can apply if you have already booked or completed your course.
Bursaries are open to any one taking an ECB Support Coach Course, ECB Foundation I Coach Course or ECB Core Coach Course between February 2022 and January 2023, that would fulfil one or more of the criteria below:
- Female applicants
- Black & Minority ethnic group applicants
- Applicants with Disabilities (physical or mental)
- Applicants suffering financial hardship**
Each token is worth £50 towards the cost of your chosen course, you may be awarded multiple tokens.
Bursaries will be refunded to the applicant upon successful completion of the course and any pre-requisites to certification (ie DBS check, Safeguarding Certificate and e-Learning), with the exception of the Financial Hardship Category who will receive a discount when booking their course.

Once you have completed the application form we will notify you if it has been accepted and the amount of the bursary you shall receive.
