Female Umpiring Introduction with Melissa Juniper

Kent Cricket are running an online Welcome and Introduction to Umpiring call, exclusively for females and joined by Kent’s Melissa Juniper.
Mel is a Stage Three qualified and Kent League Panel Umpire (the youngest Umpire on the panel, aged just 32). She is hugely passionate about the work she does and wants to pass on her experience and knowledge to as many others as possible, whilst growing the female umpiring community in the county.
This short online call will allow females of any age or experience (none required) to link up with other like-minded people, learn more about the umpiring pathway, question Mel about her experiences and receive support with their own personal objectives for umpiring at any level.
