Kent Cricket have recently recruited two new members of staff to the Community and Talent Pathway teams.

We are pleased to welcome another new Community Coach to the team at Kent Cricket. Molly Davis, herself a Kent cricketer who progressed through the age groups, will take up a schools coaching role delivering Chance to Shine, but with an additional focus of women’s & girls’ cricket development.

Chance to Shine is delivered in schools to provide children with a brilliant first experience of cricket. Molly brings with her significant experience in coaching across a number of ages and abilities, her other role with Kent as the current U15 Girls Red Caps coach.

Joining the Talent Pathway team, we have Siobhan Hustler, who will take up the role of Operations Executive across the Boys, Girls and Academy Squads. Siobhan has various roles within cricket already, as current scorer and junior squad manager for her cricket clubin Folkestone, as well as administrative involvement in the Kent Cricket Area Programme for the Southern Spartans.

Siobhan will provide administrative, compliant, logistical and operational support for the Academy, Emerging Player Programme (EPP), Girl’s Development Programme (GDP) and the Talent Pathway Squads (Boys/Girls).
