Two Community Coaches join the team

Following the recent recruitment process, we are pleased to welcome two new Community Coaches to the Community Team at Kent Cricket.

The successful candidates were Jamie Harris (left) and Joe Bellingham (right), who bring with them significant experience in both coaching across a number of ages, as well as within educational settings.

The new members of staff will look to hit the ground running by delivering the Chance to Shine programme as soon as schools return after the Easter break on Monday the 19th of April.

Chance to Shine is delivered in schools to provide children with a brilliant first experience of cricket. As well as the physical benefits of regular activity, we use cricket to teach children important key life skills that will help them beyond the playground. Through the values of cricket, we teach children about respect and fair play.
