Darren Stevens to play Hong Kong Sixes

Kent all-rounder Darren Stevens is set to play for MCC in Hong Kong Sixes tournament this weekend.
The 2017 Bowler of the Year will join a team of county all-rounders in the revived competition.

Hosts Hong Kong will be joined in the eight-team tournament by Australia, Pakistan, New Zealand Kiwis, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and South Africa.
The MCC will play the hosts, four-time champions South Africa and five-times winners Pakistan in Group A on Saturday (28 October) before the knock-out stages on Sunday (29 October).
The tournament at the Kowloon Cricket Club encourages aggressive batting and high scoring with every player (except the wicket-keeper) required to bowl one over, the format suits all-rounders.
