Horton Kirby win Asda Kwik Cricket County Final

Thursday 9th July 2009

The Asda Kwik Cricket County Final took place last Sunday at the St Lawrence Ground.

Final result:
Horton Kirby (pictured)scored 215 runs and lost four wickets
Old Bexley scored 213 runs and lost five wickets

It was a fantastic day with more than 150 children showing their cricketing skills. Kent fast-bowler Robbie Joseph was on hand throughout the day to offer advice and hand out the awards to all of the winners. Well done to Horton Kirby, for winning the event, and to everyone who took part for making it such a success.
