Job opportunity: Director of Community Cricket with the KCB

Applications are invited for the position of Director of Community Cricket for the Kent Cricket Board.

The person we are seeking will be responsible to the day to day running of Kent Cricket Board. The position will involve the management of all staff and programmes, as well as financial management to enable the KCB to meet the requirements of a high performing County Board. As such the role will include developing and leading the delivery of the Kent Cricket Board strategy.

Suitable candidates will have a good understanding of cricket / sports development at grass roots level and have a sound knowledge, appreciation and understanding of the game as well as experience of dealing with the education sector. In addition experience of running an organisation is crucial.

You will be an energetic and enthusiastic self-starter with good leadership and business administration skills. Equally you will be an excellent communicator with a passion for the development of cricket / sport for young people.
