Job Vacancy: Talent Pathway Operations Executive

Applications are invited for the role of Talent Pathway Operations Executive at Kent Cricket.
The primary purpose of this role is to deliver administrative, compliant, logistical and operational support across all departments within the Boys’ Talent Pathway including the Academy, Emerging Player Programme (EPPP) and the County Age Groups (CAG).
Kent Cricket are looking for a candidate who has a minimum of three year’s administrative experience, is organised, used to meeting targets, has excellent communication skills with a wide range of people.
They must have evidence of partnership working, the ability to forge sustainable links with stakeholders and the ability to work flexibly including unsocial hours, evenings and weekends.
