Kent teen to train with England Lions disability squad

Kent cricketer Luke Stoner-Lewis has been invited to train for the England Lions disability squad.

Luke said: "I would not have got this chance without the support, coaching and guidance of everyone at Kent Cricket and my coaches at Mersham Sports CC.

"This is an exciting time for me and I intend to make every effort to go as far as I can within the sport."

Luke is set to train atOld Trafford,Malvern College and Loughborough this summer alongside his Kent sessions which are held at The County Ground, Beckenham in between his GCSE exams.

Luke was invited by Qasim Ali, England's Physically Disabled Head Coach and if all goes to plan, Luke could go on the England Lions Tour of Bangladesh in October 2016.
