Kent Women take on county champions Yorkshire in Harrogate on Sunday.
Bowler Hannah Jelfs misses the match with a knee injury so 20-year-old batsman Lottie Bryan comes into the squad.
Kent will hope to continue the fine form shown in two victories against Staffordshire and Surrey at Beckenham last month with head-to-head matches against close rivals likely to decide the outcome of the 2016 title race.
