Lancashire v Kent: Nash and Hunn return

Brendan Nash and Matt Hunn return to the first-team squad for the trip to play Lancashire in the LV= County Championship on Sunday.

Former West Indies Test batsman Nash has recovered from illness and paceman Hunn, 21, is selected after impressing with the ball for the second XI.

Kent earned three bowling bonus points in a five-wicket loss on a tricky pitch at Chelmsford and travel to Manchester in search of more points on the road.

Head coach Jimmy Adams said: "We've put the Essex game to one side and move on.

"The guys have trained well this week and we're keen to get some more points on the board before our first home game next week.

"Many of the lads made contributions with bat and ball at Essex so we are looking to build on that at Lancashire, which should be another tough test."

Match stats:

· Darren Stevens is the only player to score at least 900 runs and take 60+ wickets in the LV= County Championship since the start of 2014.

· Kent have won the toss in five of the last six meetings between these teams.

· Daniel Bell-Drummond passed 2,000 first-class career runs at Essex and Matt Coles reached 200 first-class career wickets.

· Lancashire's Simon Kerrigan did not concede a boundary in the 20.1 overs he bowled against Derbyshire.

· Teammate Kyle Jarvis recorded his maiden Championship five-wicket haul in that match.
