Over 5,000 Durham tickets now sold but plenty still available!

Twenty20 Cup Quarter-Final
Kent Spitfires v Durham Dynamos
Monday, 27 July 2009

Kent County Cricket Club is delighted to report that we have now sold more than 5,000 tickets for next week’s T20 quarter-final against the Durham Dynamos. We are pleased with the response, so far, but still want lots more people to come along and make it a hostile environment – let’s make our home advantage count!

TICKETS WILL BE AVAILABLE RIGHT THE WAY THROUGH, INCLUDING ON THE DAY ITSELF.

Back in 1993, around 12,000 people packed in for our Sunday League game with Glamorgan. The bumper crowd helped generate a good atmosphere and the players, of the time, said it helped them on the pitch. Kent lost that game and, with it, the title. Let’s not make the same mistake again. We have an ideal opportunity to make Twenty20 Finals Day for the third year in a row but the players need your help to beat Durham.

BUY A TICKET, IN ADVANCE, AND YOU COULD WIN THE PRIZE OF YOUR LIFE!

Want the best seat in the house – for free?
Want to lead the players out as mascot – for free?

Well you could do either of the above – just by buying your ticket for our big Twenty20 Cup match against the Durham Dynamos. Everyone who buys a ticket, including those that have already made their purchase, will be entered into a draw and the two winners will enjoy the day of their lives in the company of their favourite cricket team.

For the adults – enjoy the cricket in the seat that everyone wants. Forget HDTV, this best seat in the house takes you right to the very edge of the action. It will be like the Kent and Durham stars playing live in your back garden.

For the kids – you get the opportunity to lead the players out. Toss the coin with Spitfires skipper Rob Key and be the envy of all your friends.

Tickets remain on general sale, and you will be able to purchase on the day, but buying in advance will entitle you to a discounted ticket. See the information below – but you must purchase BEFORE 4pm on Thursday, 23 July to take advantage of this special offer.
