The Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy once again kicks off the 2024 season as Stars face reigning champions Southern Vipers on Saturday 20 April at The County Ground, Beckenham. The Stars then will take a trip to Derby to go against The Blaze on Wednesday 24 April.

Bryony Smith’s side host Central Sparks (Sat 27 April) and Northern Diamonds (Wed 8 May) at Beckenham, with away trips to Western Storm at Taunton (Wed 1 May) and Sunrisers at Northampton (Sat 4 May) to complete the opening stages of the RHFT.

Attention in the middle of May shifts to the short format of the Charlotte Edwards Cup as Stars head to Bristol to face Western Storm (Sun 19 May) in their 20-over opener. Smith’s side will welcome Thunder (Fri 24 May) and Storm (Mon 27 May) at Beckenham before a host of exciting double-headers alongside the men’s Vitality Blast competition.

Stars go north to face Northern Diamonds at Chester-le-Street as part of Durham’s Blast Off fixture. The side then travel to Surrey’s home – The Kia Oval – on Sunday 2 June to face 2023 Charlotte Edwards Cup winners Southern Vipers before Surrey take on Somerset in the Vitality Blast. Bryony Smith’s side were narrowly defeated on the final ball by Northern Diamonds in their 2023 encounter at The Kia Oval.

A short trip to The Home of Cricket is up next as Sunrisers host Stars as part of Middlesex’s T20 double-header. Last year, the Stars convincingly beat their neighbours at Lord’s.

Stars’ second home regional double-header takes place at The Spitfire Ground, St Lawrence versus Central Sparks before Kent Spitfires face Middlesex. Stars were narrowly victorious by six runs against the same opposition in a thriller at The Spitfire Ground in 2023.

Stars face Sunrisers in a standalone Charlotte Edwards Cup fixture at The Kia Oval on Saturday 15 June before finishing off the double-headers away at The Blaze in Derby (Sun 16 June). The final group fixture of the CEC is away at Hove against the Southern Vipers before Finals Day is held at Derby on Saturday 22 June.

Stars return to 50-over cricket with a home fixture against The Blaze (Sun 30 June) before away matches at Thunder (Sun 7 July) and Vipers (Wed 10 July). In the final match before The Hundred, Stars face Sunrisers at Beckenham.

Stars resume after The Hundred with home RHFT matches with Thunder (Mon 26 Aug) and Western Storm (Sat 31 Aug) before heading on the road for the final two group games away at Central Sparks (Wed 4 Sept) and Norther Diamonds (Sat 7 Sept).

The regional domestic season finishes with the semi-finals of the Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy on Saturday 14 September before the final on Saturday 21 September at Derby.
