‘State of Play Dinner’ details released

Further details of the ‘State of Play Dinner’, to be hosted by Kent County Cricket Club during Canterbury Cricket Week have now been released.

The Club announced last week that the function would be held on Saturday 13th August, the fourth day of Cricket Week, with former Kent Cricket captain, England player and ECB board member, Matthew Fleming the keynote speaker. Matthew Fleming will be delivering an address, critically evaluating the state of the great English game on and off the field.

The formal occasion is supported by Shepherd Neame and the dinner includes; sparkling wine and canapés on arrival, a Kent themed three course meal, cheeseboard and top quality wines. The evening will end with a high quality, limited lot auction.
