Stewart in Italy squad for Triangular IT20 series

Kent all-rounder Grant Stewart has been named in Cricket Italy’s squad in their Men’s Triagular IT20 series against Spain & Germany this month.
Taking place at Desert Springs Cricket Ground on the outskirts of Almería, Spain, the series takes place this coming weekend with Italy facing Germany twice on Friday 4 & Spain on two occasions on Sunday 6 November.
These matches count as full IT20s, & will therefore contribute to any change in the ICC IT20 Team Rankings.
Italy are currently ranked as the 29th best IT20 side in the world, whilst Germany are 35th & Spain 36th.
Stewart made his IT20 at Desert Springs back in October 2021, taking 2-17 against Denmark.
Four days & three matches later, he smashed his current IT20 top score – 51 form 31 deliveries opening the batting against the same opponent.
