Tammy Beaumont and Laura Marsh help England to series win

Kent opener Tammy Beaumont smashed her seventh international half-century of 2016 as England sealed a series win in Sri Lanka.

The tourists won by five wickets with more than 20 overs to spare at Colombo to take an unassailable 3-0 lead after the hosts were dismissed for 161.

Laura Marsh claimed 2/25 in ten overs as the spinners kept the scoring in check before Tammy Beaumont smashed 78 off 79 balls to help England home.

The 25-year-old reached her third ODI century off 59 balls with a six as she shared a stand of 55 with opening partner Lauren Winfield and put on 67 with Fran Wilson.

England end the year with the fourth and final match of the series in Colombo on Thursday (17 November).
