Tears for Fears: FAQ’S

This Sunday, 23rd June 2019 Tears for Fears will be performing at The Spitfire Ground, St Lawrence, Canterbury. ABC will also be performing as very special guests at the concert this weekend. The legendary pop band led by charismatic singer Martin Fry will be bringing their most popular hits to the stage at The Spitfire Ground, ahead of Tears for Fears who are delighted to perform their extensive catalogue of hits to their fans. Also joining the line up will be Max Restaino, a young pop star who has been making waves across the UK. This is a night not to be missed!

Timings:

Gates will open at 4pm.

Artists will be on stage from appox. 6pm – approx. 10pm.

Support acts for the evening will be Max Restaino and ABC.

Food & drink:

No food or drink can be brought into the venue – food and drink will be available to purchase at concessions within the ground. Spectators can bring in an unopened 500ml bottle of water with them.

Parking:

There will be no public parking on-site. The nearest parking facility is the New Dover Road Park and Ride. The cost will be £3.50 per day and will drop outside the main pedestrian entrance to the ground. There will be a special service between the New Dover Road site and The Spitfire Ground for this event.

Smoking:

Smoking on the pitch is strictly forbidden, Please use the designated smoking areas.

Furniture & umbrellas:

This is an outdoor event. Umbrellas, outdoor furniture and picnics will not be permitted in the venue.

Under 16s:

Under 16s will only be admitted into the venue with an adult.

Seating:

This is a standing concert, however there are approximately 3,000 available seats around the ground which can be used on a first-come, first-served basis.

On-site box office:

There will be a box office on-site open from 2pm on Sunday 23rd June. It will be located in The Lime Tree Café at The Spitfire Ground, St Lawrence. You will be able to purchase tickets for the event and upgrade existing tickets.*
