Master blaster Alex Blake signed a new contract with Kent this week so we decided to pick out some of the 26-year-old's finest innings in a blistering white-ball campaign.

The Kent Cricket Academy graduate smoked five half-centuries, cementing his role as one of the best finishers in county cricket.

Here are some of Blakey's best batting displays in 2015:

71* off 30 balls v Hants, NatWest T20 Blast, Southampton – helped Kent from 70-5 to 170-5 with Sam Northeast 60* off 49 balls.

59* off 24 balls v Gloucestershire, NatWest T20 Blast, Cheltenham – helped Kent reach 170 after arriving with Kent on 92-5.

50* off 36 balls v Notts (A), Royal London One-Day Cup, Trent Bridge, helped Kent from 207-5 to reach victory target of 340-5 with Sam Billings 118* off 89 balls.

An excellent 49* off 25 balls v Hampshire in the NatWest T20 Blast at The Spitfire Ground, St Lawrencepropelled Kent to 183-5 after arriving with Kent on 100-4.

52* off 32 balls v Sussex, NatWest T20 Blast, Hove – took Kent from 46-3 to 137-3 as Kent won by 7 wickets.

Blake smashed 89 off 56 balls as he took Kent from 95-5 to 207 against Lancashire Lightning in the Royal London One-Day Cup at The Spitfire Ground, St Lawrence.
