Alex has been at Kent CCC since January 2021 where he oversee the planning and delivery of S&C to our Academy, EPP and age grade squads. Alex has 3 years experience delivering S&C to a wide demographic of athlete from organisations such as Scarlets Rugby, Swim Wales, Plymouth College Independent School & Plymouth Leander.
