Laura is a retail financial services leader, who currently works for the Financial Conduct Authority.

She previously held senior positions at Nationwide Building Society and Barclays Bank, focusing on issues relating to consumer vulnerability, accessibility, financial inclusion and diversity & inclusion.

She is an active and passionate participant in community sport with two cricket-mad boys, one of whom plays for Greenwich & Lewisham Lightning.
