On all occasions we aim to be totally fair and transparent with ticket purchasers and so make all aware of the following conditions and policy:

  • All match day and event tickets are sold on the basis of being non-refundable, whether the ticket holder attends the match / event or not

Wet Weather Policy

  • For matchdays, the Club’s Wet Weather Policy is activated at:
    • A four or three day match when less than 16 overs are bowled per day
    • A limited overs match (including T20 or 50 overs) when less than 10 overs are bowled in total, excluding reduced-overs results
  • Spectators will be offered a ticket exchange to either:
    • Another day in the current fixture (four or three day matches)
    • The equivalent value ticket at a later match (limited overs matches)
  • Applicable ticket holders can exchange their ticket whether they attend the match or not if the above criteria is met
  • The Wet Weather Policy does not apply to complimentary or free tickets, as printed on the ticket itself
  • Confirmation of this offer will be made at matches via the PA system in the ground and via the Club’s website, social media feeds and e-newsletters.

Ticket exchanges in the event of an abandonment due to weather will be taken the next working day after the scheduled match was due to be played
