2018 Championship & One-Day fixtures revealed

Kent begin their Specsavers County Championship promotion bid at The Spitfire Ground, St Lawrence against Gloucestershire on Friday 13 April.
The Royal London One-Day Cup begins in early May with the first home match against Glamorgan on Friday 25 May before the Spitfires entertain Somerset, Surrey and Gloucestershire.

Kent Spitfires take on oldest rivals Surrey at The County Ground, Beckenham on Friday 1 June.
Pink-ball cricket returns in 2018 with a Championship match on 25-28 June against Middlesex at Canterbury – where the first day-night Championship match was held in September 2011.
The 167th Canterbury Cricket Week takes place on 20-27 July with the visit of Leicestershire to The Spitfire Ground, St Lawrence between T20 matches against Surrey and Sussex.
Tunbridge Wells Cricket Festival is yet to be confirmed due to concerns over maintenance of the Nevill Ground as work continues to improve facilities.
The Championship fixture scheduled for June 20-23 will be held at Tunbridge Wells if the club and ECB officials are satisfied with the condition of the playing area during pre-season inspections.
Kent Cricket CEO Jamie Clifford said: “We are working with Tunbridge Wells Borough Council and Tunbridge Wells Cricket Club to ensure facilities are appropriate for first class cricket.
“Our groundstaff worked tirelessly in 2017 to ensure the fixture could continue the tradition of the Festival.
“We will monitor improvements at the ground with a view to returning in June.”
