Kent and Glamorgan agree reciprocal offer for Members

Kent and Glamorgan are delighted to confirm the two counties are forging a closer working relationship to benefit Members of both counties in 2015.

All current Kent members will be able to watch Glamorgan home LV= County Championship (LV=CC) matches for only £5 per day when Kent are not the opponents and Glamorgan Premier and Annual members will be able to do the same in return.

Former Glamorgan and Kent batsman Michael Powell said: “I think it is great news that my two favourite counties are working closer together. Wales and Kent both provide excellent places to visit throughout the summer.

"Kent isn’t called the Garden of England without good reason and Beckenham, Canterbury and Tunbridge Wells are wonderful cricket venues.

"Wales has equally stunning coastline, plus with the Ashes getting under way in Cardiff this July and a limited number of tickets still available, God’s country, as we call it, provides plenty for supporters of all counties to see and do as well.”

The Ashes tour begins at The Spitfire Ground, St Lawrence on June 25-28 before the first Investec Ashes Test starts on 8 July in Cardiff as England and Australia return to the Welsh capital to do battle.

There are a limited number of tickets still available for the Test, but with more coming available nearer to the match, if you would like to register to find out more about ticket availability visitwww.glamorgancricket.com/ashes

Similar reciprocal agreements also in place with Essex, Sussex and Hampshire with £6 entry at LV=CC matches when Kent are not the visitors. Members are reminded they will need to present their Membership card to activate this offer at county grounds.
