Player Biography
After making his first-class debut for Kent in 2004, the Antigua-born fast bowler took 144 Championship wickets, at an average of 31.25, in his first spell with the Club. His golden era came in 2008 when he took 55 wickets in the season to force his way into the England Performance Programme, which toured India.
After leaving the Club for Leicestershire in 2011, he returned to Kent for a second stint as a player in 2014.
Upon retirement, Joseph stayed in the game by becoming a Bowling Coach & originally worked with Gloucestershire’s bowlers in July 2022 before becoming Lead Bowling Coach that year.
He returned to Kent as Men’s Bowling Coach in December 2023, under the stewardship of newly-appointed Director of Cricket & his former teammate, Simon Cook.
