Derbyshire away match moved to Chesterfield

Derbyshire have switched the 2017 Specsavers County Championship match against Kent from Derby to Chesterfield.

The four-day fixture, which starts on Tuesday 19 September, has been moved to Queen’s Park, Chesterfield to minimise the risk of the pitch at Derby not being fit for play after a concert on Saturday 16 September.

It is the final away fixture of the season before Kent conclude the Championship season at home to Glamorgan on Monday 25 September at The Spitfire Ground, St Lawrence.

A free matchday bus service from Derby to Chesterfield is available which must be pre-booked via email info@derbyshireccc.com
