Kent Cricket keeps fit with ‘Fitness Friday’

Every Friday morning over the next few weeks, Kent Cricket’s Lead Strength & Conditioning Coach Rob Chave will be putting our players, members and supporters through their paces with exercise routines anybody can do in their own home.
Regular exercise is important to keep up a healthy and balanced lifestyle; and Chave will be providing simple but effective exercises to help keep people active both physically and mentally over the course of these troubling times.
