Members have now received their formal invitation to our annual AGM (2024) for the Year ended 31 October 2023.

This will take place at The Spitfire Ground on Tuesday 26 March. The meeting starts at 7pm.

Feedback we got from last year’s Members’ Meal which took place before the AGM was very positive, and once again this year, Members will be invited to join our Chair, Simon Philip and the Directors from 6pm in the Cornwallis Suite for a light meal before we head upstairs to the MADE AV Harris Suite.

• Members will be able to park on-site at the ground free of charge for the AGM.
• Entrance will be permitted from 6pm.
• Membership cards will be scanned on arrival and are required for entry.
• Members who have not yet exercised their voting right, will be able to do so on this evening. Postal voting slips sent in Membership packs must be presented in exchange for an on the night voting slip.
• To attend the AGM, you must hold a valid 2024 Membership:

  • Club: & Friend Members
  • Young Adult Members
