      Situated approximately a 10 – 15 minute walk from the ground, parking is available at New Dover Road Park & Ride, operated by Canterbury City Council:

  • Timings:

    • Gates Open: 17:30

    Please note: There will be no warm up act and there will be a short interval during the performance.

    Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased online at tickets.kentcricket.co.uk

    All tickets for this event are e-tickets, which is a PDF file you can either print off or show on your phone. There will be no re-entry for this event.

    If you will be attending with your tickets on your phone, make sure you download the PDF file, as screenshots will not be accepted and mobile signal may be weak. If you have a cracked phone screen, please make arrangements to print your tickets, as the barcode will not scan from a cracked screen.

  • Age restrictions:

    • Under 16s will only be admitted into the venue with an adult.
  • On-site box office:

    There will be a box office on-site open from 17:30 on event days, located by the main entrance. For ticket collections, please bring  ID and your confirmation number.

    If any tickets remain you will be able to purchase tickets on the day of the concert*, although we always advise to book in advance as this is a limited capacity event.

  • Food & drink:

    No food or drink can be brought into the venue – food and drink will be available to purchase at concessions within the ground. Spectators can bring in an unopened 500ml bottle of water / soft drink with them.

    If you have a medical reason to carry food or drink with you, please notify a member of staff and they will assist you.

    A variety of concession units will be available, located close to the stage, serving a range of food, as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

  • Contactless Payment:

    This show will be fully contactless. All food and drink, and other vendors will only accept payment through card or a mobile device. Please ensure you are prepared with one of these methods, as no cash will be accepted on site.

  • Seating:

    This is a standing concert – there will be limited seats available around the crowd area, free to access, however a stage view is not guaranteed.

    Seats and chairs of any kind are not permitted to be brought into the event. This includes seat sticks and inflatable seats.

    Blankets will be permitted on a designated area, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note, there will be limited space and blankets will not be permitted on the pitch area.

  • Accessible Viewing Platform:

    The accessible platform is sold out and will be reserved for accessibility users on the night with valid tickets for the platform. 

  • Prohibited Items:

    In order to facilitate the security, safety and comfort of all patrons, the venue reserves the right in its reasonable discretion to conduct security searches of persons, clothing, bags and all other items on entry and exit, to confiscate items which may cause danger or disruption to the Event with no refunds.

    • Seats and chairs of any kind are not permitted to be brought into the event. This includes seat sticks and inflatable seats.
    • Umbrellas will be permitted into the ground and can be used whilst in the seating areas and standing areas on the banks. Umbrellas will not be permitted to be used on the pitch area in front of the stage.
    • Outdoor furniture and the like are not permitted at the events for safety reasons. Air horns, selfie sticks, spray cans, Chinese lanterns, dangerous or hazardous weapons/items, fireworks, flares,  flags, gas canisters, glass (of any kind), klaxons and other similar items capable of making loud noise, laser pens, scooters, skateboards and bicycles are prohibited.
    • Alcohol is not permitted to be brought into the event.
      • Any confiscated alcohol will be disposed of
    • Illegal substances are not permitted to be brought into the event.
    • Food is not permitted to be brought into the event.
    • No animals aside from registered service animals will be permitted.
    • The unauthorised use of photographic, video and/or sound recording equipment is prohibited and such items may be confiscated and any tapes or films destroyed
  • Bag Policy

    Ensure you travel light to the show. Each person is permitted only one bag no bigger than A3 size (35cm x 40cm x 19cm). Any bags larger than this size will not be allowed inside of the venue and there will be no bag check available for larger luggage.

    Bag search procedures will be in operation at these events prior to entry.

  • Smoking:

    Smoking on the pitch is strictly forbidden.

    Please use the designated smoking areas.

  • Pedestrian Entry:

    Entry will be permitted via the George Kennedy Gates at the main entrance to the ground (located to the left of Sainsbury’s Local)

    Please note: The Nackignton Road Gate will not be open for pedestrian access.

  • Parking:

    • There will be no drop off area in operation
    • Limited accessible parking spaces are sold out.  Please contact concerts@kentcricket.co.uk to join the waiting list.
    • Car searches will be in operation for authorised vehicles parking on-site To ensure the safety of all spectators exiting the ground, authorised vehicles parked on site are required to adhere to the traffic management policy. All vehicles in the ground will be unable to leave for 30 minutes after the concert finishes.
    • There will be no public parking on-site. Parking enforcement operates in the roads surrounding the ground.
    • The nearest parking facility is the New Dover Road Park and Ride.

      • Canterbury City Council have confirmed the cost for the park and ride will be £8 from 16:30 on the event days.
      • The New Dover Road Park and Ride will drop outside the main pedestrian entrance to the ground.
        • Return will be within the grounds at Nackington Road then via Old Dover Road back up to the New Dover Road Park and Ride Site.
