Beaumont helps Strikers reach WBBL semis

Kent captain Tammy Beaumont helped Adelaide Strikers reach the Women’s Big Bash semi-finals for the first time.
The Dover-born batsman top-scored with 28 in a low-scoring defeat to Sydney Sixers but had done enough to finish fourth with 16 points.
The Strikers, captained by former Kent all-rounder Suzie Bates, will face Sydney Sixers on home soil on Friday.
Strikers v Sixers takes place at Adelaide Oval at 4.10am GMT with live coverage on BT Sport.
The winner will play Perth Scorchers or Sydney Thunder next Sunday (4 February) at 1.10am GMT.
