KIMS Hospital renew partnership

Kent Cricket is delighted to announce the extension of its sponsorship agreement with KIMS Hospital, the largest independent hospital in Kent, for the Kent Cricket Academy programme.

Based near Maidstone, just off junction 7 of the M20 motorway, KIMS Hospital is Kent Cricket’s official Independent Hospital Partner, and will provide Kent squads with scans, screening and treatment.

KIMS Hospital is a state of the art hospital with 72 en-suite bedrooms, 20 day care beds, 6 operating theatres and enhanced care facilities that offer the highest quality of care and service for people living in the County.

Nimmo Reid, Kent Cricket’s Head of Science and Medicine, said: “It’s great to partner once again with such a top-class facility. Our partnership with KIMS Hospital ensures that we have access to effective screening and scanning procedures which allows us to diagnose, treat and hopefully prevent injuries to our players.”
